About this work
Maintenance is the work that never feels urgent until it is. A seal that has failed, a window that no longer shuts properly, a pipe quietly leaking behind a downpipe. Each one is small on its own, and each one costs more the longer it waits. We take that work on for homeowners and for businesses looking after a property, across Chingford, London and Essex.
The jobs already on our public record give a fair picture of the range: a window repaired and fitted with a new handle in Wood Green, a kitchen window seal in Chigwell, a loft ladder and hatch repaired at short notice in Winchmore Hill, a rusted soil pipe replaced with PVC and the original leak resolved, also in Wood Green. None of those was a large project. Each was the job somebody actually needed doing.

Do you take on small jobs, or only large ones?
Small jobs are genuinely welcome. A single repair is as valid an enquiry as a full renovation. Most of the maintenance work we are called for is exactly that size.
Will you take on a job another trade has left unfinished?
Yes. Putting right what earlier work left behind is a regular part of what we do, and we will tell you honestly what we find rather than simply covering it over.
Do you work for businesses as well as homes?
Both. We maintain properties for homeowners and for businesses, and the approach is the same either way.
What does it cost to get a quote?
Nothing. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Send a few photos on WhatsApp and we can usually tell you what is involved without needing to visit first.
