A bathroom is the room where poor work shows up fastest. It is small and wet, and every trade involved has to sit correctly on top of the one before, so a refit depends much less on individual skills than on sequencing them properly.

That is the argument for having one team take the whole room. A bathroom refit involves stripping out, first-fix work, waterproofing, tiling, fitting and finishing. Run as separate jobs, each trade waits on the last, and the gaps between them are where delays and disagreements live. Run as one job, the sequence is somebody's actual responsibility.

Waterproofing is the part worth being particular about, because it is also the part that becomes invisible the moment tiling starts. Anything behind a tile has to be right first time; there is no inspecting it later without taking the tiling off.

We handle complete refits, shower and wet-room installation, and straightforward suite-and-fittings replacement where the room itself is sound and only the fixtures have had their day.
